1. The lessee agrees to keep the boat in excellent condition in a manner a reasonable person does, and will be held liable for any damage to the boat or furniture.

2. The lessee undertakes to abide by the customs, traditions, regulations and laws of the State of Qatar and not to use the boat for purposes that are contrary to clause.

3. The lessee agrees not to disturb others, and agrees not to use “SHISHA” or alcoholic beverages while on board. The Company will not be held accountable for violations and breach of the points mentioned in this clause.

4. The lessee acknowledges that any harm/injury caused by the fault of the lessee or a member of the trip is borne by the lessee whether the harm/injury is against the person himself or any other person on board the boat.

5. The company is not liable for any act of misconduct carried out by the lessee or any member on board the boat.

6. The lessee undertakes to deposit 3000 QR as insurance for any damages that may occur to the boat by the lessee’s act. This amount will be refunded at the end of the trip should no damage/s be found. The trip will be terminated in case the required insurance amount is not deposited prior to the commencement of the trip.

7. The lessee will be charged a penalty of 1500 QR for smoking cigarettes inside.

8. If the lessee comprises of two persons (male&female), marriage certificate or copies of identity cards proving their status must be shown.

9. It is not allowed to deal with any event coordination company for boats and to coordinate events exclusively through our company, and if this is proven, the trip will be canceled and the lessee is not entitled to demand the amount of the reservation.

10. Transporting from/to mainland twice is complementary, 100 QR will be charged for any additional transportation from/to mainland.

11. The company is not responsible for hiring any lifeguards and in case a lifeguard is requested, the lessee shall bear the lifeguard hiring expenses.

12. The company shall not be responsible for the loss of the lessee’s personal belongings.

13. Booking amount is nonrefundable in case of booking cancelation.

14. In case of renting water sports (water slide, banana, jet ski, etc.), the lessee is obliged to wear a life jacket/life vest, for all age group, in order to preserve the safety provided by the company and that the company is not responsible in failure to comply with what is mentioned in this clause. Any harmresulting from the use of water entertainment facilities provided by the company, including death, injuries, trauma, wounds, and drowning, falls under the sole responsibility of the lessee. It is not possible to refer to it with legal accountability, as it is a violation of the terms and conditions.

15. In case of renting a Jet Ski or a jet boat, the lessee shall bear a fine for any damage, scratch, or misuse of the Jet Ski or jet boat, which shall be assessed by the company.

16. If the lessee wants to postpone his reservation, the lessee must inform the company regarding such postponement for a period of not less than three (3) daysfrom the date of booking.The lessee has the right to postpone the trip for a maximum of three months.

17. The lessee is not allowed to bring any boat, jet ski, jet boat, etc., from outside without the company’s permission , and if this is proven, the trip will be canceled.

18. The company is not responsible for any disturbance from outside (other boats - Jet Ski). In case of any disturbance, the lessee shall directlyreportthe said disturbance with the Coast Guard.

19. The company has the right to assess the damage and deduct it from the insurance amount in case that any damage to the vessel or the vessel’s facilities is proven.

20. The company has the right to postpone the trip date in order to preserve public and the lessees’ safety for reasons beyond the company's control (technical failure in the boat, air warnings, an emergency technical failure in the boat, etc.)The trip will be postponed to another date without any refund.
